Muga are a melodic crust band from Japan, and they fucking rule. They have a few other releases before this (including a split with SWARRRM), and according to me and many others this is their best. There's not much to say other than this is one of the smartest and talented crust bands around, and Surface Meanness contains one of the best twenty seconds in music. Ever.
