No Rule is a hardcore punk band from Bowling Green, Kentucky. They have steadily gained popularity in the Kentucky hardcore scene since the release of their debut EP, Bad Moon, last summer. Their eponymous sophomore effort is an extreme departure from their previous material. The seven songs on the EP are filled with catchy riffs reminiscent of classic 80s punk while still retaining the intense mosh parts and hard-hitting vocals you expect from modern day hardcore. The blend of old school and new school styles gives No Rule a unique sound that is sure to appeal to a multitude of people. All fans of hardcore punk should give this a listen.
